A teammate has those. Tektro's are 80mm as compared to 84mm for TRP's. Also a few grams heavier (5-10g per wheel), and about 1/5 the price. Shorter arms mean a bit more clearance though (and a bit less leverage).
Teammate eventually switched to TRP 8.4's. It's a much nicer built brake in general.
Also, the Tektro's come with mtb style pads, while the TRP's use road cartridge pads (which are easier to swap pads with and find pads for). The Tektro's are a good way to try linear-pull brakes.
