CX Chainrings for campag 110bcd

I am currently running 50/34 and just want to go to 46/36 for CX. The Campagnolo chainrings are hard to find and they are just too expensive as well. I was looking at the TA Nerius but they don't make a 46 one, just 48. What other options are there?

Edit: Looks like stronglight is making 36-46 for 110 Campag, well that sorts it then

Do you have a link to those Stonglight rings? Their website still shows 48 as the smallest:
