This would be my do everything bike. I don't think the 46/36 would be big enough gearing for fast road rides. I'd like to put on 53/39 or 50/34 but I'm not sure if it will clear the frame. Can anyone confirm this will fit? Also which crank would you use, Hollowgrams or RED seem like the best options.

I have had a 53/39 Sram 975 SRM fit with no issues. I think you will be ok.

Which Super X do you have? I'm probably going to buy the Ultegra Di2 model.

The official word from Cannondale is... they don't know. No one has tried it. I'll ride the bike as is (46/36) and then see if I need bigger rings to keep up with the roadies.
