longer cranks are better ,because you dont have a high cadence.

crank length depends on your leg length. the longer the legs the longer the cranks. it also depends on your power. the more power you have the longer can the cranks be. it also depends on your bike. on mtb you will find 175mm cranks. I guess it has to do with the smaler bike size (26").

as far as I know, it does not have to do with your cadence.
