HED now has a nice carbon disc tubular wheelset on the market now or go the route of Enve rims (your choice) and sweet hubs (your choice).

FWIW i bought 3 28h pairs of those rims from Yoeleo and laced em up myself. I raced the hell out of them (20+ race days) in dry rocky SoCal conditions including 3 races were I rode a flat tire for the better part of a lap and they still look brand new, despite what they say they can certainly take the punishment.
