Hello all,

I want to install an inner chain guard on my SuperX, but the ST shape looks like a squished oval. I know I could us a FD braze-on K-Edge, but I wanted to see if I had other/better options.

Cheers.

K-Edge Chainguide has a flexible plastic band mount that will mount on non circular tubes. It is made from a weird plastic looking fabric that can be stretched if soaked in water. It is definitely flexible enough to clamp well on the ovalized seat tube of the super x.

Not sure what the name of it is but it basically is a band with a plate goes against the small ring.

I must be missing something b/c the K-Edge line up all appear to have metal bands. The XL version though may work as it is designed to clamp higher on the ST.

I think the N-gear Jump Stop and the Third Eye Chain Watcher both have plastic type bands.
