Got a 2010 Chili Con Crosso frame coming in tomorrow for my first cross bike.

Exactly like the below picture...

I've never done a build and don't know what headset to order, (threadless or not). Any help would be appreciated, trying to build her up on the cheap.

Threadless -1 1/8 will work.

Will something like this work?

Is that a decent headset?

That will work and is good if you are on a budget. FYI- to install a headset you will need to buy Headset press. Or you can make one for about $10.
