Just grabbed a preloved Bike Friday - lightening up

I am visiting the US and have managed to acquire an entry level, preloved Bike Friday for a great price. As a preloved bike direct from BF, it comes as is with no mods.

But what (inexpensive) mods should I make? The bike will not be here for 2 weeks and then I will have 2 additional weeks before I go home to New Zealand. It is much easier to get any extra parts in the US than at home. At minimum I will get getting some fast and light tires and spare tubes.

They are replacing the QRs with bolts to save weight and make it easier to lock. Here are the rest of the specs. I am 115lbs.

if you have time, fit a quill style stem from BF should save some weight. All other components are quite standard.
