Any updates on when Quarq's version will be available?

The TT mount is REALLY great, and works well :-)

HUGE improvement from my former stem mount: I can now stay in full aero-position with my helmet-"tail" along the back and just glance down on the Garmin for pacing :D

The Road mount is unfortunately unstable. The great news is, that Racewaredirect already have promised to sent me their new and improved model instead. It should be more stable and shorter. I will get back here as soon as I get to try this one out. Sounds really promising :!:

I have an update: The new mount is way more stable. Still a bit unstable on really rough roads or pavé: But this is really very little. Racewaredirect is still working on making it even more stable, but this version is already very good :-)

Got a few pics for you of the new mount:

Looks like price went up also. Would love to see an 800 on the current iteration of this mount.

I am waiting for the SRAM/Quarq unit. Looks like it sits lower and at a better angle.

I like how it sits a little higher because it mounts almost flush with the stem and is in clear sight.

Hi, the price is still the same at £24.99 but now we are having to charge shipping due to high price rises from Royal Mail. The latest iteration of the 800 mount is around about as short as it can be in order to avoid the 800 hitting the stem. I will get some photos up with it fitted to a bike as soon as i can. At raceware we are also happy to customise any mount so if you require it to be longer, lower, a different angle or a different colour then please contact us and whenever possible we will accommodate your requirements. I am also testing a ribbed version this weekend which is designed for offroad use but will also be fine for road bikes when ridden over pave etc, price will be the same. Coming soon will also be a mount for both SRM and Garmins to sit behind the seat attached to the saddle rails.

Thanks,

Please find attached some pictures of the 800 and 500 mounts that I currently produce. If you think these would suit you better with modifications then please say as I am happy to do custom mounts whenever possible.

Got my Garmin 500 mount from RaceWareDirect on Thursday, really impressive and neat product. Only issue is with new Evo I have Di2 remote (climbing) shifters on, so the mount is too tight a squeeze.

Dropped a quick line to Martyn at RWD and he emailed straight back with a CAD drawing (below) of the mount flipped to go on the left side of my stem. I've ordered two!

Great product, and truly impressive service, all thanks to WW where I first saw his stuff...

Again does anyone have a picture of the 800 mount with an 800 on it?

I want to order but previous pics look like it's really far forward.

I hope to be able to post a picture next week. I ordered an 800 mount earlier this week.

It maybe better to start a new thread for this one but for all of you SRM users here is a picture of the first working prototype of our new SRM mount. Currently designed for a PCV on TT bars but if all goes well it should be available to hold a PC7 and also to work with any type of bar/stem combo required.
