Cannondale EVO headset

It looks like EVO headsets are out of stock everywhere, so does anyone know if any aftermarket headsets will fit?
From the manual it looks like top part is Campagnolo Hiddenset, but what about lower bearing and crown race?

If you get a frame drawing it might show inside and outside dimensions of the heat tube. Suggest then that you look at the FSA website.

Same as on Caad10.

1 1/8 on top and 1 1/4 on the bottom. Not that easy to find as after market

if it's the same as a caad 10, then this works: fsa Orbit CF-33 1 1/8 - 1 1/4.

Thanks for the replies. Good if it is the same as CAAD10's since those are easier to come by.

itsacarr, well, I've checked this site before and it clearly lists EVO headsets as out of stock. Funny thing is, this exact site lists CAAD10 headsets as having 1 1/2" lower bearing, while all CAAD10 spec's on Cannondale site say it has a 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" steerer. For some reason there is no manual for CAAD10 on C-dale site.
