I measured mine and the 11T was 35 mm and the 12-13 was 38.4 mm. I did turn down one that was aluminum once. It was pretty easy because it was aluminum. I just spin it and grind on it while it spins.
Or was it Ti? Can't remember.

Campy has made it complicated. Assuming you're asking about 10 speed only though, it's a little simpler. The 11 tooth is 35.2mm O.D. and the 12 and 13 tooth takes 38.5mm O.D. Both are 27mm thread O.D.
