seatpost tcr

I think Carbon is a good joice
In my old TCR i have the Selcof Carbon and for my new TCR comp. (I will get it soon) I have the Pazzaz SPR 985. It´s very light and good looking,-154g at 300mm.
More flex in the seatpost is more comfort on bad pavements

Moots and Litespeed (same company) both make some nice ti seatposts. The moots one can be speced with some setback. I had a litespeed one and it was great - the binding system is really nice and easy to adjust. They are around 160 grams I think. Use also makes an aluminum and titanium seatposts. The titanium is really light, something like 154 grams for a 350mm, but their binding system is a pain. Other than that, I'd just go with the regular lightweight and durable ones - campy chrous titanium, thomson elite setback, ritchey wcs, or shimano dura ace. All of those are around the 190-200 gram range. Good luck!

Try www.boldprecision.com This guy makes excelent posts and can do costom stuff as well. I realy like his design. The post starts out at the frame dia. and then narrows down on it's way up to the clamp. The clamp is simple and light.

What! The pic clearly shows the seatpost!
@tsielio
is your weight more than 100kg? than you will notice the flex in a seatpost.
you need 3000N/mm up to 16000 N/mm to flex a 230mm long carbon tube with a diameter of 27mm 1mm to the side. the advantage of a lightweight seatpost ( its nearly equal titanium or carbon, carbon is a little bit better damping ) is the damping of small vibrations.
And in addition I want to drive the same parts for 10 years

long, but still stiff enough and light!
thompson elite? titanium?
carbon doesn't flex to much?
ciao
I use an Easton EC70 seatpost on my TCR 0 and love it. Stiff, light and in addition to the all carbon frame, the damping is excellent as well. I've never had the stock TCR aero post .. but heard it sucked. At any rate, can't go wrong with that post, Tsielio.
