Yep...I have a set of those (C4 hubs but mine are on 270's)....yours looks like mine. Normal

I was going to ask if that was a Kinlin.
It looks typical to me. If the seam is noticeable during braking you can use a flat stone or fine sandpaper (wrapped over something flat) to knock it down.
