I got this post from a fellow WW. I'll let more out of the bag...as he says I can or if he wants to chime in. Enjoy!

It's cool, but forgive me for saying its a bit anticlimactic...There is a cool factor from tuning a bike into a weight weenie that doesn't come with just throwing down a pile of money to have the lightest bike.

They didn't even mention what it would cost :noidea: besides your weenie bikes will likely have the Lightweights and other bling. There is only so much tuning you can do before you need to plunk down some money. Dremels only go so far my friend.

It's a completely new company. They have people from Formula 1, lotus and another guy that helped design the Ford GT. It's been aero tested during the development process. Apparently it's made in Sweden by the same people that make the Koenigsegg car. The carbon is woven in the UK. That's pretty much all I know. It'll be at Eurobike, along with the team of developers, to answer questions. Now if someone will buy my Rue, I can get one :D

its very nice, with those cranks and seatpost. But I am too conservative to like that ugly fork with integrated front brake

I'm not sold on the aero fork either. I prefer the scapula tuned version.
That carbon work looks really nice. Ive never seen a weave like that.

This thread should be over in "ROAD" not the Gallery.

Very interesting though, you're right (per your thread title).

It was in Road, but the mods moved it here. This is not my bike (***) I'm just leaking a little info on it, because I think it's a great looking new build and I thought some of you might find it appealing. I think they will officially announce more, like prices, tomorrow.

***I will offer to demo it for them though  And by demo I mean I will not give it back

Weird move. :noidea:
Perhaps there was a confusion that this is your bike? But it's actually just images that you were sent, no?

Anyway, yes please update us with what you learn in regards to pricing, geometries, the 'brand name' and so on. Thanks!

Hi Guys,
This is just a proof of concept prototype.
Sorry about the lack of hanger, it's carbon and screwed and glued in place now. The dropouts will also be solid carbon laminated into the hollow rear triangle monocoque in the production frames. You will notice this frame also missing the front dr clamp in the pics. Martin from mcfk has manufactured a beautiful piece that is now glued on to the frames.
Frame 002 is being assembled right now with 3T Funda fork and straight up Campy SR, Hollowgram cranks. Frame 003 has all internal Di2 with Mektronic control.
All three will be in the Lightweight booth for testrides on press day.

Will post more details tomorrow.

Pretty. Kind of cool to see the carbon mold/direction as it applies to each tube. Will be interested to follow this post.
