I've been using them for about a year. Originally, I bought them only because of the Speedplay sole... thinking that it would be no way they could be as comfortable as my Sidi's... but I was way off the mark there. They are easily as comfortable, and may times even more comfortable than my Sidi's. Love the BOA system (really feels like it's evenly distribute the force over the entire foot without any pressure points). They do take quite a few miles to break in though... they will kind of plastic for the first 20+ hours.

Hi,
One of the finest shoes I've ever used are Vittoria Hora.
Ciao,

Boa will replace any broken or worn components for free which is nice.
However I could never get my shoes tight enough for me (low volume high arch foot).
DMT is using some other system than Boa but it is based on the same cable system mech.
I read one review here on WW when darn ratchet broke, so beware.

Dont mean to bump the thread but my ratchet broke today, i couldnt tighten it enough. Then i pushed to far and broke it. So now i have a busted pair of shoes.....they lasted me 6 months.....fantastic any recommendations for a new shoe for speedplay? Specilized?

Any issues with the lever system on the BOA? The odd comment on it being fragile steered me to Lake CX401 instead but it would be nice to know if I can put the DMTs back on a possible future purchase list.
Absolutely zero issues! The ratchet system works really well and no indication that it will break any time soon... plus, you can easily get the spare parts if you need to replace a worn system. No worries.

I tried the prisma and the cable system just wasn't working well and the adjustment lever produces a hugr hard spot on top of your foot
I ended up with the radials and Velcro
The lake shoes are pretty comfy

Radials here too. Downside with velcro is no adjustability with shoe covers on.

Same experience here. I tried on both Prisma and Radial.
To reach the desired tension from the Prisma it felt like the plastic lever adjusting the nylon band was just about to break. It really gave no feeling of quality.
The Radial however felt much better. Insoles were crap with my foot though, and replaced with Specialized BG+ insoles.
