ok,
yesterday i received a e-mail from Corrado Spada. He gave me some interesting data for the '04 wheels:
Clincer Wheels (700c) whitout Quick Releases
Spada Hubs with Alex Rims = 1320gr
Spada Hubs with AC CR350 Rims = 1240gr

Tubolar Wheels (700c) whitout Quick Releases
Spada Hubs with Corima Winium Rims= 1060gr
Spada Hubs with Zipp 280 Rims= 1020gr
Spada Hubs with Zipp 250 Rims= 960gr
I don't know the size of the ray. Normally Spada uses 2.0-1.5-2.0 Sapim Ray

Spada will produce the seatpost in the diameter of 31,6 but i don't know the weight. (I have the 27,2 version and it weights 140gr. I hope that the 31,6 version will weight 160gr)

I have ordered a set with AC CR350 Rim (1240gr Claimed)

Bye Bye

what is the price for the spada with AC cr350? thats a great weight, you can use that wheel everyday.

do you have price also for the spada with the Zipp 250 rim?

by the way does anyone know the lateral stiffness on those AC CR350 wheels? how many bars (psi) do they take?

I heard in the US $795.00pr with QR's (FRM)

Not heard anything about the Zipp 250 rim.

I think the rims are pretty stiff, American Classic don't list a pressure rating on their website, so you would think there isn't one.

My LBS has some Spada (posts) in stock, and gets wheels to order.

light-bikes.com lists some Spada, so maybe try them for mail order?

1060 is pretty light, but if you look at a lot of the other wheels used in cyclocross, its not that hard to imagine. Lots of riders use ADA, Lightweight and Reynolds wheels. Plus, If you have ever had a carbon rim like a reynolds in your hand, you know how much stronger they are then an alu rim any day
