Dont know the brand, but for sure the tubes are Columbus XLR8R with Columbus muscle rear stays.

All I know is it looks great, very nice frame. I'll check my french magazines to see if there is any review of it. If I find something, I'll let you know.

Florian is right, it's a naked 2003 Cinelli Carbon XLR8R.

Cinelli had added carbon seat-tube for their 2004 model.

The frame is combination of aluminum and carbon tubes.

that pic is from Columbus marketing. any custom frame builder who can weld aluminum can build one for you assuming they are willing.

so basically its a tube set available form www.framebuilding.com
