My first road bike ever

Just ordered my first road bike ever (after 3 MTB's). Here are the specs:

I know there are lots of possibilities for loosingweight (handlebar, fork, ...) But at this point it is a good training bike.
Does anybody know the missing weights/sources in the list and what do you guys think of this bike ??
