I absolutely love the frame, but I've often wondered if the diamond shaped chain stays do anything, or if they're just a gimmic?

Thanks guys, I'll post some pictures when its built. It will be interesting to see how it compares to my current C40 Bstay (non HP) Which will be relegated to training steed.
