Hollowgram SI was reported ~ 575 grams with FSA chainrings.

15 grams can be shaved off by upgrading to Ultegra 6650 chainrings 110BCD, pinnacle in shifting compared to flexy FSA.
Reference from my setup:

FSA 50t = 114g
FSA 34t = 34g

Ultegra 6650 50t = 97g
Ultegra 6650 34t = 36g

If you want even lighter "stock" chainrings I can inform that the sram powerglide 10-speed is 94gr 50t and 28gr 34t. They usually came with previous generation sram force cranksets. It's possible they are those famous flexy ones (not confirmed) however they work great for me. I'm a medium strong pedaler and I'm 65kg. I'm using them on an fsa sl-k light compact crank (407gr without rings and chainring bolts).
