Let me answer your questions first:
1.) there is no reply button in the marketplace section. As we would like our users to connect to each other via pm or email.
2.) Yes the poster should have posted it in another section. That is why I moved it to the wanted section. I myself am struggling with the question if questions like these should be raised on here. Esp. since they don't add to the discussion at all.
One hint for you btw, if you want to question things like these we think it is better to ask the mods in stead of the population of the boards
