Anyone used one of these?

They're sold in the US and seem to be very good value?

Any info would be helpful, thanks.

first off, ive never used this wheel, but everyone ive ever talked to about it has never had a bad thing to say.

Go to slowtwitch.com and to their forum and do a search on REnn to see what i mean, all good things

and at that price, u cant beat it

probably a dumb question, but will it be quicker - I currently ride mavic c cosmics, which are more expensive than the disc?

a disk is definitely quicker. and depending on the disk weight may be as quick in a partially hilly TT

Aspects to consider with a disk

conditions of the race/ride - windy, traffic, hills

weight and type of disk - clincher/tubular

construction - "lens" vs flat - rider weight

check out slowtwitch as has been said or

http://www.bicyclesports.com/Snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=1

Renn's are great starting disk's or for training and heavier riders.

I also like xlab's for a good value clincher

You get what you pay for. They're trash. The owner/maker is an idiot. I know several guys in my area that bought them and yeah they're cheap and cheapy made too. They all had problems, I'd stay clear :(
