Which continental tub is more suited to road racing... the sprinter or podiums? Anyone got experience of which one is more durable / puncture resistant?

Thanks

Mike

22's are better and give carbon rims a little more protection

I've used Sprinters (22's I think) and am not overly impressed by them. Punctured a few of them, not particuarly light : might switch to Competitions or Tufo this season coming.

If price is no object Comp 22's rock. Not my first choice of tire though, I've been quite impressed lately with Tufo's.
