The bike comes with a Crane Creek C1 Which is not even listed on their site. I would like to replace it with a Chris King after reading so many good things about them.

I tried Cane Creek web site thinking that would be the obvious place to look.

So 1 1/8 Chris King NoThreadSet. I checked the specs at
http://www.chrisking.com/specs/headsets_all.html
and it is also half the weight.

So yeah, you need a 1 1/8" headset... the Chris King is almost half the weight, and although not the lightest available, definitetly the best!

Good Luck with your build! :D

Beware of eBay...that is not a good price. You can do better there, definitely $90-$100 if you're patient.

I agree... Buy it Now offers for Chris King HS are rarely a 'deal.'

I've been looking for a CK headset on ebay also. The brand new ones on auction at the very least will sell in the $80 range but that is rare. The Buy it now are either in the nineties or low 100's.
