TCR's are always good starting point for a WW bike (I have one too) and are great even stock, as yours appears to be .. be encouraged to know there are some TCR owners on this site with 5kg TCR's. First to go for me was the honker seatpost!

Headset: FSA Integrated
Headset Spacers: Carbon
Stem: Ritchey WCS
Handlebar: Easton EC90
Handlebar Tape: FSA Cork
Saddle: SLR Carbonio
Seatpost: Selcof Titanium
Front Derailleur: Shimano Dura-Ace FD-7700
Rear Derailleur: Dura Ace
Levers: Shimano Dura-Ace ST-7700
Crank Set: Dura Ace 170mm 38/50TA
Bottom Bracket: Shimano Dura-Ace BB-7700

Pedals: Dura Ace
Wheelset: Reflex / Ultegra / DT Rev

Weight is around 7.1kg with these wheels... Could be lighter (I even have Pavé tubulars!), but I want it to be comfortable and reliable on our Belgian crappy roads... I have pics on my other computer, which I can't access now...
