Cool! If only Competitive Cyclist or Performance carried wide version they would get my money.

So i have an issue with my bont Vaypor+. The "wire" on the upper ATOP dial came loose/disconnected. I see i need to remove the allen key holding the dial on, however my smallest 1.5mm hex wrench does not fit into the head of the bolt. Is the bolt a different size? Has anyone else had this problem?is it a simple fix?

I NEED to have it fixed by saturday as my state championship race is on sunday. terrible timing, just my luck

Check the service page here http://www.atop-team.com/service.php?id=4.
Specifies use a torque wrench. I suspect but I can't tell if it's a star drive (Boa is).

Are the listed Bont weights reasonably true? Specifically I am looking at the Bont Vaypor listed as 240gr for size 42.

I will be returning a pair of Giro Factor's that Giro claims weigh 240gr, while the real world weight is 290gr...

So my size is 275mm L, 114mm W

On Bont's website it says..."contact us for custom size"????

Hmmm..used the online store tool, it works...I guess maybe it is broke on the other portion..haha

I'm guessing you may need wide shoes. I measured at 263/100 and their recommendation of 42.5 was spot on. Contact them, see what they say.

What size shoe do you normally use? Do you take an extra wide in other shoes?

In my case Bont said I needed a 42.5W and I ended up with a 44.5 standard that fits.

Not to change the subject, but has anyone else noticed they can't place the cleats far enough forward? I have them maxed out, but it's still putting the cleat farther under my foot than my previous shoes. I haven't put any miles on them yet, mostly because I'm in the middle of some targeted events, but plan on giving them a go in a few weeks.

Make sure you pick a shoe that comes in wide on the fitting wizard. 275mm x 114mm is a 10.5 wide US/44.5 Wide Euro

For what its worth at 275mm long the following are the widths:
92 and smaller = Contact us for custom size
93-97 = Narrow
98-109 = Standard
110-114 = Wide
115-119 = Double width
120+ = contact us for custom size

Anyone heard of the double width before???

I had a similar problem but more related to feeling the cleats with a wider Q factor than other shoes with same cleat brand.
I even spoke directly to Bont guys at Eurobike but they said it was a first time for them.

With mine I had to slam it to the limit but it's okay for me. With my Sidi Wires I have about 1/3 of the available forward adjustment left if that makes sense. Riding Tme Xpresso pedals.
