what is the proper way to strip off the paint from a aluminum frame and carbon fork, in order for it to be painted and what is the type paint that is used. thanks

On the frame you can use paint removing liquid - removes paint in few minutes and there is abslolutely clean frame! I don't know about carbon, but is shouldn't be a problem there I think!
