My C40 had the rear derailleur hanger broke off. Do you know if this can be repaired and if yes who does it>

I think you have to send he frame back to Colnago (via your dealer). The C40 (at least most of them) doesn't have a rear hanger in the same way as most frames - but a break is repairable by inserting a new piece of carbon fibre.
