LW Obermayer. We claim them "max. 1.050 grams". But all sets that came out so far are 992 - 1.001 grams.

You could save about 150 grams (most of it rotating mass).

Not the cheapest way to save weight though :)

1/4lb of rotating weight sounds good. indeed not the cheapest, but great way to save weight if money is not a problem. what is the wait time on the obermayer set?

You know I have had those LW's from you around 2 months, and I still waiting LW disk so I think I must pass your suggestion now.

BTW, did somebody order those Obermyers from Finland (Lahti?) since I have only known pair of Lightweight's in Finland and one bike mechanic called me for user info about them. One serius hobby rider was getting those from him... And your brake bads are great!

(BTW, there was error in part list, I DO have 16 spokes on front wheel.)

Rear wheel weights 1042g...with tubular+cassette+q-release+wheel+valve extenter. That like 1770g pair....
