Need a seatpost shim

So who knows of a shim with an ID of 28.6 and an OD of 31.6... can't find a darn thing.

Your friendly local machine shop should be able to make one - I had a 28.6 - 29.7 made for my Azonic DS. Alternatively, find a 27.2 shim with the right wall thickness (i.e. 30.2 OD) and spread it out.
