Concerning TA you have to be careful: There are 2 different chainrings for each measurement. The one shown above wich comes in complete at 146 gramm is the one called ALIZE, as you can read on the ring. And this is the cheaper one that weights more.

The lighters are called syrius (110mm), hegoa (130mm), horus (135mm).

Have also a look at their homepage:

You are right. The TA from Zoey are the alize.
So the TA alize 53/39 weights 146gram
Are the TA Hegoa really 110gram?? cool.

At the website of TA I can't really find their weights.
But I saw here: http://www.specialites-ta.com/produits/ ... ls1_gb.htm
That the Hegoa is 40gram ligher for an 52/42 combination than the alize :D

Ahh New info
So I was getting ready to buy the Stronglight rings. Which rings are higher quality? I would be buying the horus TA rings
I say this because I want to tune them and tuning lower quality stuff doesn't make sense. I realy want a hard alloy.
So, Is the TA Horus the way to go?
I will take pics of the whole thing.

Does any body know how much I would save weight if I change my Record 2004' Carbon cranks 53/39 rings to 52/42 TA Horus rings???

I ordered cranks with those extra rings but they couldn't get them then. And I sick for 39. Too small for base training and 53 is too big.

I also think black Horus rings would also look nice on Record carbon cranks.

Thanks.
