Just picked up my C64 disc-integrated cockpit. 52s PBWH, SR9, 3T Ergo LTD, Gelu K1 Saddle, Arundel bar tape and Mandible cages, Dura Ace Groupset, Stages LR, Lighweight Meilenstein C24D, Vittoria Corsa 25mm, Ceramicspeed OSPW and BB. 7.3kg ready to ride. Was hoping to get it under 16 lbs, but did not quite get there. Enjoy your bike!

Any issues with the internal routing for the mechanical system? I called up chickencycle service centre and they've said they've built one up, was more difficult but can be done. They didnt have any issues.

Maxice, LBS is waiting for some feedback from Campy USA before they start building it up. Also, still waiting for wheelsets from Enve. With the year end holidays, it’s taking a long time (6 weeks so far). In case it’s useful, could you let me know where Chickencycle is located? I looked online and closest name that I saw was Chicken Cyclekit in the UK. Thanks.

Yes chickencyclekit in the UK, they are one of the UK campag distributors. The service centre is part of them.

I struggled to get the hydraulic and Di2 cables through the underside piece of the stem, and it still doesn't sit flush. How on earth are they going to fit mechanical cables in there as well? I would love to know....

Couldn't get mechanical cables through the stem. So, internal routing of shifting cables will have to wait for EPS v4. Waiting for LBS to text me some photos so I can how it looks.

Having another issue--rear wheel through axle is having frame clearance issues. LBS got it through but said there is no way I would be able to get it off or put it back through to fix a flat while a ride. Might have too much paint in the area is what they are thinking, and they are waiting to hear back from Colnago on what to do. After waiting 10 months and having it built up, I wouldn't be very happy if the frame has to go back to Campy.

Thats not good news. Surprised they dont test these before being shipped out? Mines at the dealer, so maybe should ask them to check!

I've decided to go for EPS on mine so hopefully that will work better with the internal routing

I knew you wouldn't get mechanical cables through that stem. There just isn't enough room and I wouldn't be comfortable with the sharp bend anyway. In fact, the lower piece of mine doesn't sit flush with hydraulic and Di2 cables going through, and I still say there will be issues with the securing screw nearest the stem chafing the cables somewhere down the line.

Maxice, if you want to edit my build weight, I've weighed it at 7.245kg on the road (pedals, cages x2, Garmin mount and speed sensor etc.).

Just a thought, but I reckon you could do away with the plastic channel that affixes to the underside of the stem and use the supplied spacers instead. Is it worth asking the LBS to look into it? It won't be as neat but if you heatshrink the cables together I reckon it would look ok.

Regarding the rear axle, I had, or thought I had, the same issue. The tolerances seem extremely tight and the way to get the axle through is to not try and force it. The gentler and more patient you are, you will get a feel for it and it will go. The slightest misalignment of the wheel and it will never go. It might be easier with the bike on the ground and a gentle wiggle as you try to insert the axle. It's still not as free to slide in as the front, but I'm no longer cursing Colnago for sending me a "misaligned" frameset.

How can that be lighter than my rim mechanical version I wonder.
