What a pain in the ass this fraud is becoming.

Go to My Ebay.
Click up top on "services".
Click top left on "eBay Security Center".
Click on the green box "Report a Problem".
Click on 1. "Report a listing policy violation or report a prohibited (banned) item."
Click on 2. "Fraudulent listings (illegal seller demands, etc.)."
Click on 3. "Report a listing you think is fraudulent (you didn't bid)".
Click on "Continue".
Click on "email" under "Customer Support Services".
List the item number, list your concerns (i.e. scam auction; "seller" is not the owner; it also helps to list a website where the real images are found, etc.).
Send the email.

I just did that for you, but it would help if you did it too.

No problem: I hope eBay stops it.
I guess we should all watermark our photos. This is happening every day now.

Hey, don't advertise it!!
The scammers probably don't know the difference.

The ebay'er changed the last picture (either that, or you marked the wrong picture with the 'this auction is a fraud' text)

Would it be possible for the legal owner of the bike to bid for the purchase, win the auction, grab the postal and/or bank account details of the seller, and inform the police?

We jump on these frauds so quickly, we might be able to get one or two in trouble rather than just let them sign up a new ebay ID.

The owner shouldn't get in trouble as he can prove he has legal ownership of the bike via pics etc.

Just a thought.
