boonen and pettachi both seemed to be ripping their team mates legs off today in the TTT.
Boonen actually had to sit up becuase he had dropped all but one of his team mates.
should make for some exciting sprint finishes in th stages to come.

Is it because of the rules?

In the tour of Lanquawi they banned full on TT bikes in the TT's so the local teams with small budgets could be just as competitive, they just allowed road bikes with Tri bars.
