Hey there, because every gram counts, I took a Park MT-1 and shaved off the largest allen tool because the only bolt on my bike that used was my crank bolts. Also I drilled out the handle in 3 places. Now weighs 37.9 grams.

Whats the lightest multi-tool out there?

I drilled holes in my shorts, donated a kidney, gouged one eye out and sawed an ear off. I think I can still get lighter. My bike weighs 23 pounds.

i use the same multi tool with my mtb, just not drilled or any of that stuff.

typically when i ride road i bring a co2 and nozzle. spare tubular and a cell phone. i figure the record shouldnt bust as long as my skills are good enough, and i havent gotten fired yet.
