Cirro UL KOM wheelset

Hello. Why is it that I never hear much about the Cirro UL-KOM wheelset (not the Cirro KOM, but Cirro UL KOM) This wheelset is claimed to weigh only 1050g in 700c, which would make it one of the lightest carbon tubular wheelsets. I keep hearing about the Stratus wheels, Hyperons, Zipp, Leightweight, ADA.... but never the KOM wheelset. Does anyone own a set of these? I collect wheels, and am thinking of buying a pair. By the way, a pair of these costs roughly 1799.00, which would make it one of the cheapest. Please let me know.
