Martin,

If I had been you I would not have reported it to EBAY, but bid high, very high for you own bike, won the auction and then tried to find out who the scammer is and then give the information to the police. EBAY, just delete the item, but have no interest in trying to find the scammer.

Would possibly have been the better option.
Apparently the "Fun liste" deleted his auction himself.
Ebay told me they wouldn't do anything about it - i should contact the user because of the "copyright violation" because he took my photo :?
..i guess to some folks all bicycles look alike...
