My advice if you really want them order a pair of new ones at Carbon sports since there are loads of these wheels in "grey" circuit with unknown history.
Last since these wheels can need truing!! (officially this isn't possible but they managed to fix mine under guarantee), so you need an official purchase bill since if you haven't your wheels might become worthless.

i didnt think these wheels needed to be trued. i was under the impression that under normal riding conditions they would stay straight.

My frontwheel hit a small pothole... And no even lightweights aren't bulletproof.

Hakeem -

I owned Corima Aero tubulars a couple of years ago. They were good value for money, reasonably light and aero (probably more aero than LWs), but not especially stiff.

I got a special deal on my LWs from my LBS (who have been selling them for years). Without that deal I'm not sure I would have bought them.

It was already two years ago but took about 6 months before I got them back. Seems long but is nothing compared to the staggering 10 monhs campa took for my Shamal wheels.

We are currently working on a 4 week max. repair-time policy and to get there we now have a new employee just for doing repairs.

We get some wheels for repair where other companies would refuse to even try to do the repairs (crashes etc.) but we do our best to do every repair possible.

But sometimes we get wheels that look as if a car has rollen just over them (and I´m sure that to some wheels just this has happened...). Some wheels are crushed like icecubes in a mixer :? I suppose the advice of another forum member in another thread is right: "Do not buy them if you can not afford to replace them".

That was also me. But don't understand me wrong lightweights are the best tubular wheels around, bomb proof and very light. I damaged (they where only slightly untrue) them myself and they where repaired perfectly so no problem there for me.

By the way I jus heard from a friend that he has seen the new Eurus wheels in a demo bike (unfortunately just clinchers). They had carbon hubs, black spokes and Mavic like silver anodized rims, anyone has any news on them.
