New car will require pulling the post each time the bike is transported- currently it is quite difficult to pull up the post in order to put the bike in a stand. So if grease is not allowed, then what is the proper way to reduce the friction between these two carbon elements? If it matters, both are Colnago items.

The proper way is to buy a different car. Where are your priorities?

try some graphite or molybdenum disulfide. Both are dry lubricants commonly available at hardware stores and such.
