Try Schmolke www.schmolke-carbon.de for the top cap, bar end plugs and carbon screws.

The sponsor of this site www.gypzybikz.com can probably get you the stuff as well as the bolts, if not try this list, it's from FAQ. Look there for the links.

Where can I buy tuning bolts?
USA:
Racebolts LLC
Ti Kinetics (Ti only)
Redmist
Mettec (Ti only)
TekBolt (Ti only)
Germany:
GypzyBikz
Bike Tuning Service
Titan Concept (Ti only)
UK:
BSR
Pro-Bolt

In defence of Poshbikes they have had 2-3 very bad computer virus's sent to them, it has set them back a good 3 weeks.

But they could of replyed, and I am sure they will.

I have always had a good level of service and great chats with Andy.

I orderd a set of Tune quick relese's and Tufo Elite Jet 160 tubs and got them the next day.

Good luck with the hunt.

I have found it's generally best to call Andy on the phone. He told me one time he gets around 300 [legit] emails a day, so it's not surprising he gets behind in responding even without hacker help.
