Gee Bianchi ripped off the seond FES. Apart from the small front wheel can anyone see any reason as to why it would be illegal?

Nope sorry.... i dont... maybe if you do some web research on the bike; its clearly a prototype. The Link i sopplied will give the patent number, so that might be something to start with.

Had a look at this bike as it is in the factory at Lotus in Hethal England. Very nice and very simple to look at.
