Still using the MOst BB, you can get an adapter to use an Ergomo (or any other BB that you like) with any MOst BB frame.
They're slimming down the tubes considerably and shaping the HT to make it visible that the bearings are oversized in the lower race.
There will be other minor changes, but until I have on in my hands I can't really tell you for sure what else will be different.
