its not that hard if you practice at it, notice how forward he is on the bars, this makes there to be very little pressure on the rear wheel so it has less traction. you need: good balance on the bars, and be able to spin fast and long.

notice how when they are not pedaling (rear wheel not moving) they are leaned forward on the bike which = less traction
