It works fine for me....
I don't know much about computers, but do you heavy spyware, anti pop-up, etc. installed?
Because here's a message on the front page of the site, so maybe they have enacted some kind of security barrier, I don't know, but it's strange it works for some people and not others.... :?

I like hearing from you. However, the unfortunate increase in spam, viruses, and anonymous email accounts likely has caused all of us to become more careful in managing our incoming emails. So, if you send me an email and would like me to respond, you must include your full name, full postal address, and full telephone number. Also, please note that I no longer open "hotmail" accounts or emails with attached files. I appreciate your understanding.

Yeah, I have anti-spam too, and the ADA link opens fine every time...I have no idea why some people can't access it :?

For the people who can't open it, what browser are you using to surf with?

If your not using Internet Explorer try doing so.

I know I have problems surfing this website if I do so using AOL.

I just open up a version of IE (whilst AOL is running in the back ground of course) and its erradicated my problem.
