When I make my mind up, I get things to happen!

It's been overdue, and looking at this frame I make the right choice...all I have to do is build and ride it

Availability, quality (I keep hearing about the Scott tubes not being constant in outside diameter which worried me), length of time Storck has been in the road frame market and worked with carbon, sizing.

The downtube is bigger than my EM2 frame, so I hope it translates into stiffness, but with a plusher ride.

Sounds like its going to be really light. Whats the target weight? Give us some feedback on the Zerolite Cassette. I hate my Tiso, so I am looking for a better alternative.

I have seen several pictures along the length of the top tube that show bulges and hollows visibly. I don't know of anyone that measured it, but head about it enough times that I was concerned.

Target weight is 10.5lbs, but I think it's going to be a little heavier now I have the frame weighed. Certainly sub 11lbs is possible I think.

I've used the cassette for just over 400m now. They shift real well and are quiet, I prefer them over Tiso for shifting quality by a big margin, plus they are lighter :)

would you say most of the variations in diam are near the ends of the tubes? this could be the lug layup.

No, along the whole tube length including in the center. I don't think it's material for a lug layup (like a Calfee Tetra).

If that’s the case then they are either using a soft removable core and external pressure (this is ok, just might give surface impressions) or they are using a male mold with bladder and are failing to compact the laminate well(assuming they didn’t cut their mold with a butter knife)

But who knows, these bike get great reviews. I'd love to cut one up. If you guys ever hear of a crashed on, let me know. I would like to buy it to cut up.
