I have a Giant TCR carbon, so I need a longer seatpost (310mm preferably). Any suggestions on what is the best bet? I was looking at the Extralite for 120$ but its a little pricey, it may end up being more b/c of the Euro-dollar ratio. What about the FSA K-Force or Easton EC 70, both replaced with Ti bolts. An Alien Carbon looks promising, but last I heard the weren't compatible with Tune speedneedles (my saddle.) Anyone have any solutions to this problem? Thanks

you might also look into the deda black stick. Those posts are close in weight to the alien but are longer, and have a more adjustable (easier at least) head. Plus, they're not that expensive.
