I'm heading over to the States in June and will be based in Jersey City for the duration. Can anyone recommend a shop for cycle hire while I'm there.
Riding time will be limited, so can't justify phaffing round taking my bike and feeling guilty when it sits in the corner for most of the time. But I will need to get out to avoid cabin fever.
Obviously after something semi-reasonable and will be taking shoes and pedals.

Any suggestions welcome, thanks in advance.

Which part of Jersey City? If you are near any of the path stations, it might be quicker / easier to go into NYC.

Yes, take the path, or better the boat, to the city. As far as I remember there is only one bike shop in JC (in Bergenline Ave).

Thanks for that, I'm right in the bottom of town, only 2 blocks from the ferry, so will follow your advice.
