Personally I wouldnt take any notice of them and use the Mavics, I've got a set of Lightweights, Ksyriums and last years Dura Ace and to be honest I reckon the biggest difference is in your head. Ksyriums are good enough for Iban Mayo to kick ass up Ventoux so I reckon they are more than up to the job. However if you insist, look in the direction of Tune or Zipp.
Whereas I beleive that wheels make a huge difference.

Don't forget: Lanzarote Ironman = very windy !!!
Unless you're very heavy and very powerful I'd stay away from high profiled wheels.
For Lanzarote i'd choose a couple of Campy Eurus: they're noticeably less sensible to lateral wind than Kysiiums, and they're also less rolling resistant.
If you want carbon clinchers wheels instead, why don't you look at Corima Winiums?
They have a 25mm profile, Cx Rays spokes, they're light and very reliable.
Just held in my hands one of them yesterday. Very nice wheels!
Bye, Benz.

No personal experience, but I don't like them much...
I'd choose Campy Eurus: some 200gr heavier, but they're "real factory wheels": each component is made to work togheter with the others.
IMO you don't need such light wheels to run Lanzarote IM... but they should be ok in wind (even if they have a high spoke count).
Bye, Benz.

This list is out of date, the Am Classics Mg wheels have all been withdrawn from the market, too many problems with the Mg rim coatings I was told.

I think you would have to go to Italy or the US. I never heard of a UK distributor.
The US Distributor might ship there for you.
