2013 hollogram srm crank on 2017 super six evo?

not sure if my srm sisl 2013 works on 2017 or 2018 super six evo frame?

It should be plug and play. You may need a slightly longer spindle though. It kind of depends on what you got in 2013. I think Cannondale was shipping the longer BB30A spindles then, but I don't know for sure.

If the BB30A uses the 109 mm road spindle, then I believe Cannondale started shipping that new style spindle by mid 2013 but for the OP, the sure way to know is to check if your spindle looks like the one in the image below:

what i know, I have a stop shoulder on my spindle...

That means you have the older spindle which will probably not be long enough for a BB30A which from my understanding is 73 mm wide versus 68 mm for BB30.
