carbon bottle-cage with lowest position possible for bottle, which one?
Moderator: robbosmans
I got a pre2016 Supersix and I'm going to put on it a second bottlecage for a bottlebox where storaging my tools (minipump, spare tubular tyre).
But, In contrast to latest supersix models, my frame has the position for the 2nd cage too high and very little aero, so do you know what light carbon bottlecage could have the lowest position possible for bottles?
For lowest position I mean the maximun distance possible between the lower hole and the lower point which supports the bottle?

Why don't you use the Elite Cannibale bottle cage - also available in carbon (you can slide the bottle sideways):

I should check the measures of these ones (even if IMO they are not so light cages), but that Ritchey model gave me an interesting idea to apply to my actual cage, an Hylix (9 grams)
The double holes idea like Arundel Mandible cage is interesting too..

Carbonworks sit super low and are possibly the best looking cages available
I have had one, but IMHO is definitely a best looking, light, functional, stiff cage but very fragile, having a hollow carbon structure.
